HERMANTOWN - Keegan Davis scored with 41 seconds left to lift Benilde-St. Margaret's to a 3-2 victory over Hermantown at Hermantown Ice Arena on Friday in one of 11 games played around the state.
Davis took control of a loose puck off a face-off and skated in alone on Bryce Francisco, beating the Hermantown goaltender for the game-winner.
No. 10-2A Benilde-St. Margaret's (17-5-0) trailed 2-1 midway through the third period when Tyler Kirschner scored to tie it at 2-2 with 1:41 remaining.
Beau Christy's third-period goal gave No. 2-1A Hermantown (13-8-3) its 2-1 lead. Charlie Marchand also scored for the Hawks, who got 39 saves from Francisco.
Christopher Dean made 17 saves for Benilde-St. Margaret's.
ROSEAU - Jake Halvorson scored twice and added an assist and Eli Wensloff had a goal and two assists as Roseau beat Duluth East 5-3 at Roseau Memorial Arena.
Halvorson's power-play goal with 1:42 remaining put Roseau (12-10-1) ahead 4-3 and Jude Wittrock scored an empty-net goal with 20 seconds left.
Wally Lundell scored late in the second and Easton Orhn early in the third for Duluth East (2-22-0) as it rallied to tie the score at 3-3.
MOOSE LAKE - Joe Olson scored with 39 seconds left as Moose Lake beat Ely 3-2 at Riverside Arena.
Ely (5-16-0) led 1-0 and 2-1 as the Timberwolves got two goals from Rhett Johnson.
Chase Klavu and Brayden Strand answered for Moose Lake (12-11-0), which beat Ely 7-2 on Nov. 30 and 5-2 on Dec. 28.
WILLMAR - Emmett Reiter scored five goals and Nathan Thode had three as Hutchinson beat Willmar 12-6 at the Willmar Civic Center.
Reiter scored three goals in the third period as Hutchinson (9-11-1) pulled away for the victory.
Eli Hagen scored three goals for Willmar (7-16-0), which pulled to within 4-3 on Luke Larson's goal early in the second period.
DULUTH - Jaxon Cook scored three goals and Brock Fairbanks had two as Gentry Academy rolled past Duluth Denfeld 8-0 at Essentia Duluth Heritage Center.
Cook scored twice in a six-goal second period for the Stars (16-7-0), who outshot Duluth Denfeld (9-14-0) 38-12.
The win was the seventh straight for Gentry Academy, which hasn't allowed more than two goals in a game in that span.
