FARIBAULT - Junior forward Tommy Kunze scored all for Faribault goals, including the winner with 39 seconds remaining as the Falcons beat Windom 4-3 on Monday at the Faribault Ice Arena.
Windom (0-3-0) tied it a 3-3 with 5:23 remaining on a goal by Keaton LaCanne.
Nicholas Archambault assisted on the first three Kunze goals.
Faribault improved to 1-1-0 with the victory.
MINNEAPOLIS - Eli Milinkovich scored four goals and added an assist and Johan Krasean two goals and three assists as Minneapolis raced past Southwest Christian/Richfield 12-0 at the Parade Ice Garden.
Milinkovich scored twice in the first period and added another 5:30 into the second to put No. 19-1A Minneapolis (3-1-1) ahead 7-0.
Minneapolis goaltender Griffin Simpson stopped all 17 shots he faced.
Hudson Tucker and Eric Carlson combined to stop 26 shots for Southwest Christian/Richfield (0-1-0).
WACONIA - Drew Puchner's hat trick helped propel Waconia to a 6-1 win over Northern Edge at Waconia City Ice Arena.
Puchner, a senior forward, scored his third goal with 20 seconds left in the second period to put Waconia (3-1-0) ahead 4-1.
Ryan Troxell scored the lone goal for Northern Edge (1-4-0).
VICTORIA - No. 2-2A Edina was dominant through most of the second and third periods as it beat Chanhassen 8-3 at the Victoria Recreation Center in matchup of finalists from last season's state Class 2A championship game.
Edina, which beat Chanhassen 2-1 in last season's title game, improved to 2-1-0. The Storm dropped to 1-2-0.
