Lundquist's goal came with 14 seconds remaining.

Parker Schmitt put the Tigers ahead 3-1 less than 5 minutes into the third period.

Marshall's Ezra Maurice and Southwest Christian/Richfield's Jannes Kamp combined to stop the first five attempts in the shootout. Bendell, the Stars' top scorer with 10 points, ended it with a deke and backhand flip into a mostly empty net.
