1. John Hirschfeld, St. Cloud Cathedral
When the Crusaders absolutely, positively have to have a goal, Hirschfeld is most likely the guy scoring it. Hirschfeld scored late in regulation and again in overtime to boost Cathedral into Saturday’s Class 1A title game.

2. Nick Hansen, St. Cloud Cathedral
The senior goaltender steadied himself after allowing two first-period goals, playing close to flawlessly the rest of the way. He finished with 30 saves.

3. Ryan Shaugabay, Warroad
The sophomore stepped up on the big stage, scoring with 6:23 left in the third to put the Warriors ahead 3-2. The goal was Shaugabay’s sixth of the season and first since Jan. 13.
